The settlement processes begins with a title order, usually submitted by either the lender or a realtor that is involved in the transaction. Below we have provided links to our basic title order forms in a printable Adobe PDF format. Please print out the title order form that pertains to your transaction, complete as much of the information as you can, and fax the completed order form to us at 410-751-6107. All new files are opened immediately upon receipt of the faxed order form so be sure to include your contact information so that we may reach you if further information is needed!
